FollowPeek ("we", "our", or "us") operates the FollowPeek mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

• Instagram Account Data: When you log in with your Instagram account, we access your public profile information, follower list, and following list to provide analytics features. This data is processed through secure third-party API services.
• Usage Data: We collect information on how the Service is accessed and used, including your device type, operating system, and app usage patterns.
• Device Information: We may collect device identifiers for analytics, push notifications, and advertising purposes.

FollowPeek uses the collected data for various purposes:

3. Data Storage

Your Instagram session data is stored securely on your device using AES-256 encrypted storage. We use Firebase services for user authentication and data synchronization. Your follower snapshots are stored in Firebase Firestore to enable unfollower detection features.

4. Third-Party Services

We employ the following third-party companies and services:

• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization. You can manage your ad preferences through the in-app privacy settings or your device settings.
• Google Firebase: For anonymous authentication, analytics, crash reporting (Crashlytics), remote configuration, and cloud storage (Firestore).
• Google Play Billing: For processing premium subscription payments securely.
• OneSignal: For push notification delivery. OneSignal receives your anonymized user identifier, app usage data (such as premium status and activity timestamps), and language preference to deliver relevant notifications. OneSignal may use this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
• RapidAPI: For processing Instagram profile analysis requests through authorized API endpoints.

5. Advertising and Consent

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in our app. Before showing personalized ads, we request your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations. You can change your advertising preferences at any time through the "Privacy Settings" option in the app's Settings menu. You can also opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

6. Push Notifications

We use OneSignal to send push notifications. The following data may be shared with OneSignal:

• Anonymous Firebase user identifier
• App usage status (premium status, last activity)
• Language preference

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or the app's notification settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app through Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including follower snapshots, analytics, coins, and premium status from our servers. Alternatively, you can request deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon request, we will delete all your data within 30 days.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights:

• The right to access, update or delete your personal information
• The right to rectification
• The right to object to processing
• The right to restriction of processing

• The right to withdraw consent

10. Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption for local storage and rely on Google's secure infrastructure for cloud services. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
