How do I log in to FollowPeek?

Open the app and tap "Login with Instagram". You'll be redirected to Instagram's login page where you can enter your credentials securely.

Is my Instagram password safe?

Yes! We never store your Instagram password. Your login is handled directly through Instagram's official login page, and we only store a session token on your device.

Why can't I see my unfollowers?

Unfollower detection requires at least two app visits. On your first visit, we save a snapshot of your followers. On subsequent visits, we compare to detect changes.

How accurate is the Profile Visitors feature?

The Profile Visitors feature provides estimated insights based on your followers' engagement patterns. Instagram doesn't provide actual visitor data, so these are intelligent estimates.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime through Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > FollowPeek > Cancel subscription.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at [email protected] with your request. We'll process it within 30 days.

Why am I getting a "Session Expired" error?

Instagram sessions can expire for security reasons. Simply log out and log back in to refresh your session.
